Thanksgiving

This was our grateful tree this year.  Every night around the dinner table we would write something we  are thankful for on a leaf and hang it on the tree.  We are so blessed and have so much to be thankful for.
Thanksgiving this year was with the Young side.  It was amazing weather this year and we took advantage of it.  The guys played some football and the other kids enjoyed playing at the park.

Here are the kid tables.  We had a girl table and a boy table.

We tried to get a normal picture of the adult table but, it just never happened.  Everyone was really enjoying the yummy food!

It was Elizabeth's first Thanksgiving and she loved the pumpkin pie!
The Young family is especially grateful to have this kid in our family.  David has been Brad and JanaLynn's foster son for about a year now.  They will be adopting him on December 4th and he will be getting baptized on December 7th.  David has had a hard life but, he is a very sweet cousin and we are so happy to have him in our family!

We enjoyed the feast and then sat around talked, played games, and ate lots of pie.  It was the perfect Thanksgiving and I am so grateful for family!
