Eliza and Sahara!!

Happy 11th Birthday Eliza!

 How we love this girl!  We were so happy to celebrate her this day.  She did have to start the day at school so she opened her presents in the morning.

 We checked her out of school and took her lunch.  She then got to spend the rest of the day being at home and enjoying her gifts.  That night we went to Spaghetti Factory for dinner and then she wanted cheesecake for her dessert.

Eliza is fun and makes everyone laugh.  She is self motivated to well in school and in other areas of her life.  We are so proud of her and are so grateful to have her in our family!

Kitchen Remodel

 We decided to redo the kitchen in our home.  It was quite the process especially with our cabinets.  We picked a company to do our cabinets and they were great to work with.  They came about 8 weeks later and installed our cabinets.  We got most of them installed, but we were missing a few pieces.  Mike just had a feeling that we needed to get those other pieces so, he nagged the company to finish the final couple of pieces.  We got them out of their shop and that night their whole cabinet shop burnt to the ground!  We felt so blessed to get our cabinets out of there before the fire.  Eventually, we got our kitchen back and we are so happy with the change!
