Grandma and Grandpa Schwitzer Visit

 Grandma and Grandpa Schwitzer came down for a visit.  It's always so nice to have them around and they helped us clean up and our our kitchen for the re model.  We sure do love them!

 Our family finally got the going down the slide picture and we even got back to go down with us!

Monsoon Storm 2018

One evening a Monsoon storm starting rolling in.  I really didn't think anything of it and could see the wall of dust moving in on us.  Once the wall of dust hit the wind just kicked up and was so fast.  We were outside watching and had to run in because we had never felt wind gust like that!  We ran inside just in time to watch our neighbors tree fall over.  Our neighborhood was hit hard by the storm.  We lots over 80 trees in our neighborhood and many people have roof damage from trees falling on their home.  We were so grateful that is tree just fell onto our basketball court.  Cleaning it up was a whole other problem, but we eventually got the tree out of our yard.

 First day of school for these two kids!  These year they were more at ease and felt confident on their first day.  No more meeting new friends and starting at a new school for these kids.  I am hoping this year is a great one for both of them!

August Little Things

 Eliza decided to learn how to play the violin at school.  We are excited to hear all that she learns this year!

 Jason got his Driver's permit!  It has been a little scary  letting him get behind the wheel, but I have to say he is getting better and better with time!

 One Sunday evening we headed over to Mike's new office and warehouse.  We let the kids ride their scooters and bikes while there are no bottles in it yet!  I am so excited for Mike and his branch to be in this new office.  So Proud of Mike!

 Anne is so lucky to have friends that enjoy going to the temple with her!

We got a new Catcus in our back yard.  We needed to document how tall Lucy was when we first got it!
