Christmas Camp.... A Day of Shopping

We started off Christmas Camp this year and the kids were so excited.  This weekend we took the kids out shopping to find gifts for each other.  Mike took Anne and Lucy and I took out Jason and Eliza.  The kids picked out gifts for each other.  There were some good sales going since it was the weekend after Thanksgiving.  We then met at Red Robin and had lunch.  After my 3 girl's were up for more shopping!  So, the boys came home to watch the Utah game and the girl's and I went out to shop for cousin presents.  We were out for a couple of hours and decided we were done.  We came home and the kids helped wrapped presents.  We had a great day of Shopping!

Thanksgiving Day

In the morning we woke up and started working on the tree.  This year Jason and Anne put it together. I guess one of the benefits of having the kids get older!
We watched the Macy's Day Parade and Dog show.  This dog kills me!  He was totally letting Anne hold him like a baby.
We headed over to Grandma and Grandpa Schwitzer's in the afternoon.  I didn't get any pictures of the food but, it was amazing.  The Schwitzer's know how to eat!!  After dinner the kids had fun doing this fun sticker craft.

We enjoyed hanging out and talking.  I don't know what Mike would do without his brothers.  We sure do love all these guys!!
JoAnn had a fun craft for the ladies.  She had us make these fun advent calendars for Christmas!
We ended the night with a game of Left Right Center.  We had such a wonderful day being with family.  We are so Thankful for Family!

Happy 4th Birthday Lucy

Lucy has been so excited about this birthday!  She has been counting down the days, and it finally came!  How thankful we are to have this amazing spirit in our home.  She brings us so much joy and happiness.  She is the baby of the family and so, she is the baby to all of us.  You can often find the older kids cuddling her and still holding her.  We all do not want to let go of our baby but, she is growing up.  So, I guess we will let her get older and enjoy this new stage.  Lucy loves anything to do with animals.  She takes care of all her stuffed animals and this year she wanted a dog named Biscuit.  She loves to color and play school with her older sisters.  She is my helper during the days while the kids are at school.  She helps me cook and loves to run errands with me.  She is my little friend during the day and I love her so much!

She got to open one present in the morning and she chose the present with Biscuit in it!

Mike and I took her out to lunch.  She chose Chick-fil-A and she enjoyed eating and playing.
In the evening we had both sets of Grandparents over for dinner and opening the rest of her presents.  Lucy is so fun to buy for because she has unique ideas of what she wants.  Like this year, she wanted a mailbox.  Luckily, I was able to find this cute toy mailbox, and she has had fun mailing letters in it!
She wanted a Belle dress to wear to Disneyland this year!
 I love this smile!
We then had her make a wish and blow out her candles to have a fabulous 4th year!

Cute girl holding up 4 fingers!  We love you Lucy Lu!

Girl's Night

We were lucky to have a girl's night at Jill's house.  She learned how to make Macarons while she was in Oregon.  They were actually really fun to make and they were so good!  Having just come from Paris I have to say this were really close to the Macarons in Paris.  It was fun just being with the ladies talking and baking together!
