Spring Dance Recital

 All 3 girls took dance this year.  They have learned a lot and it was so fun to watch all of them dance.  Eliza did not love taking dance this year so, she is going to take a break.  She did so great on her dance and we were really proud of her.

 She wanted to quit half way through the year, but she decided to finish and we were proud of her finishing something she started.

 Lucy loves dance and she shined this year!  She smiled and knew her dance very well.

 Anne loves dance and she looks forward to going.  She has improved so much this year in ballet and her dance was really well done!

Memorial Day - Topaz Mountain

 For Memorial Day we headed down to Topaz Mountain to do some exploring.  Mike and Jason have been here a bunch, but the girls and I had never been.  I have never been to a place quite like Topaz.  It's in the middle of no where and you feel like you landed on the moon.  As you start walking around though you start finding little treasures and the kids were going crazy.

I had never been to this area of Utah before so, it was fun to go somewhere different.  Even though it was really different it had its own kind of beauty.

Mommy School

 This year for pre-school we did it with Emily.  I can't think of a better pre-school partner than your own cousin!  These two had so much fun this year and this two become better friends.  I got to know Emily better, and I am grateful for this time I had to be with these two cute girls.

 To end our pre-school year we had a park afternoon together.  We packed lunches and played at the park.  The kids found lots of lady bugs to hold.

Next year these two will go to a big pre-school and they both will do great!!

J and M Mowing

Jason and Michael started a lawn mowing business together.  They put together a flier and handed them around the to just a couple of homes.  They mow two lawns right now and do edging for another home.  Jason really loves it and it keeps these two boys busy.  I am proud of these two and their willingness to work to earn money for their missions.

Temple Square Day

 We are still off track and we had a beautiful  day ahead of us.  We decided to head down to Salt Lake City to enjoy beautiful Temple Square.  The kids really like to ride tracks so, we traveled down by train.

 We got there just in time to meet Dad for lunch and a tour of the Church History Library.  They have some cool artifacts in there.

We headed over to City Creek to walk around and look in the Disney store.  We then headed back home.   We love to spend time by the Temple!

Mother's Day

 I love being a Mother!  I get the great chance to mother the most amazing children on the Earth.  They all are such a blessing in my life and I can't imagine my life without them.  Hugging them, cooking for them, cleaning, doing their laundry, playing with them, helping them with homework, supporting them in hobbies, and just being a listening ear for them is my dream and joy.  I hope my kids know how much their Mother loves being their Mom and cheerleader.

 Jason I love that we you love me!  You always wave and give me a big smile when I drop you off at school.  It melts my heart and I love it!

 Anne I love your laugh and willingness to help me .  Thanks you for always being a solid rock in our home.

 Eliza I love laughing with you and hearing your fun out look on life.  Thank you for always being there for everyone in our family.  We all know we can count on Eliza.

 I love my sweet Lucy and the fun times we have together at home while the kids are at school.  I will always cherish my time with you.  I love your hugs and kisses.  You bring so much love to our family!

I love all the Mother's in this picture!  My Mom who is such a great example of being a Mom.  She didn't have it easy growing up and didn't really have a Mom at times in her life.  So, I am always amazed at her abilities  that just came so natural.  Jill, who is a Mother to my children.  They love her so much  and she brings so much joy in their lives.  Erin, who is pregnant with her 5th and we are waiting for little Lottie to come to our family.  Erin, who is always patient and kind to her children.  She is such a great example to me!

Boxing it out

One day we went to Mike's work to meet all the people in his office.  This was exciting for the kids because their Dad has really never worked in an official office.  While there everyone was so nice.  They got lots of Berlin prices included these boxing gloves.  The came home and boxed out their frustrations with each other!  It was amazing to see how Berlin Packaging works and see where Mike goes everyday.  He is so lucky to work with Paul and other fun people.

Braces of Jason

 Jason is finally ready to get his braces on!  He actually has been excited about getting them so, he was ready.   He has done great with his braces.  He was a little sore at first, but has gotten used to them fast.  He will probably need them on for the next 2 years.  He looks great with them on!
